Forum A are now firmly in control of Division 1, after early front-runners St James A had problems fielding a side and conceded their match to Forum.
Rutherford had an eventful week, first beating Gladiators A 10-0, then falling to a 7-3 defeat to British Rail, they now find themselves in second place in the division. The defeat was orchestrated by Greg Donovan, who hit a maximum for British Rail, beating Neil Hurford 13-11 in the deciding game, then Glen Freeman 17-15 in that decider.
Andrew Flint led the way as Forum B crushed Vikings A 8-2, while Vikings B edge in front of Vikings A by hammering Gladiators A 9-1.
In Division 2, the sparks were flying as Gladiators B clashed with Haddenham A. Gladiators won 6-4 to maintain their winning record, but Haddenham's Mark Scott gave them real concern as he raced to a sensational maximum that included a victory over the previously unbeaten Xing Jiu-Huang. Jiu-Huang showed amazing resilience when Scott got to four match points at 10-6 in the 4th game, coming back to take it 12-10. He tried it again in the decider when Scott had six match points at 10-4, but this time Scott was not to be denied and finally won the decider 11-7.
Vikings C kept their momentum going this week with a big 9-1 victory over Forum D.
Witney A continue to impress as Chris Wood gets another maximum to see Witney beat Forum C 7-3.
Vikings D fought there way to another draw, this time against Forum C, thanks to a fine performance by Geraint Lloyd. Vikings D then recorded their first victory of the season against club-mates Vikings E. Vikings E started strongly to establish a 4-2 lead, but the D side stuck to their guns and won the last 4 to make it 6-4.
Chris Alder inspired Begbroke B to a 6-4 win over Forum E that puts them at the top of Division 3.
A Ricki Whiteaway maximum allowed Vikings F to move up to second in the division as they beat Witney B 8-2.
In Division 4, Forum J take over top spot after beating Vikings H 6-4, thanks to a maximum for Thomas Bowden, and then crushing Forum L 10-0.
Holton were held to a draw by Forum H, despite a max for Brian Dobson.
Guy East was the star for Forum I as they beat Vikings H 7-3.
A two-man Haddenham B side proved too strong for Forum K, who went down 7-3. Brian Rowles and Aubrey Hughes were the big guns for Forum G when they beat Bicester D 9-1.
